Christina Brunning, LMT

Christina Brunning, LMT, studied Medical Massage Therapy at Anthem College in Orlando, Florida. Her training has included Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy.

As an active member of Florida State Massage Therapy Association, Christina is constantly adding to her treatment skills through ongoing continuing education. Her passion is working on athletes who require deeper myofascial therapy, to ensure better muscle recovery from workouts and injuries, as well as preventing injury and improving sports performance.

Christina provides sports massage treatment for NFL athletes at Coach Tom Shaw’s Training Camp at Disney’s Wide World of Sports and is the official Massage Therapist for Orlando’s New Indoor Professional Lacross Team of the NLL; the Orlando Titans and the NBA’s Orlando Magic!

She is also the Massage Therapist for many dancers of the Orlando Ballet.

Christina is available for appointments Monday through Friday.

Glenn Pennington, LMT, CFT

Glenn studied Medical Massage Therapy at Anthem College in Orlando, FL and is a Certified Fitness Trainer through ISSA.  Glenn’s passion is working with athletes.  As a competitive bodybuilder, Glenn understands the athlete’s perspective.  He knows how hard you train and his goal is to keep you injury free through massage and to help you recover from any injury so you can get back to doing what you love.

Glenn is available for appointments on Saturdays.
